Our Story

We have considerable experience and expertise in managing properties of all types. We offer a bespoke, value for money service to ensure the client’s objectives are met. Service contracts are monitored regularly by frequent site inspections from members of our team.

Any problems noted are dealt with as appropriate. Planned maintenance, major redecoration and other works are managed by Building Surveyors assigned to the property and are responsible for preparing comprehensive specifications, seeking tenders and the contract administration of works.

We currently manage portfolios of various size and value. We offer each client the same professional, reliable and trustworthy service. Our portfolio continues to expand as a result of recommendations from clients and lessees who have benefitted from our services.
