All lessees/tenants can access their account online anytime and view up-to-date balances, payment histories and maintenance requests. Payments can be made online.

About our Tenant Portal

All lessees/tenants are provided with a secure tenant login facility where their account can be accessed online anytime. Up-to-date balances, payment histories and copy invoices can be viewed online. Outstanding invoices can be paid online using a Debit or Credit Card.

Maintenance requests can be logged online as well as existing maintenance progress can be tracked online

There is also a unique dedicated web-page for each property where live information can be viewed by all residents of that building, providing timely information on events such as power cuts, contractor attendances and details of any service disruptions.

The portal can be accessed via PC, tablet or any mobile device on the go.
