We were one of the first agents to achieve ARMA-Q accreditation, endorsing our many years of ARMA Corporate Membership.  ARMA-Q shows our continued commitment to delivering excellent service.  We have demonstrated that we meet the best industry standards and levels of customer care.

In addition, we are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and adhere to their Service Charge standard approved by the Secretary of State for England and Wales under the terms of Section 87 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993. All client funds are held in individual designated client bank accounts in the name of the client, in accordance with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Guidelines.

We are fully compliant with the Service Charge Management Code published by the RICS and Alliance is regulated by the RICS.
